i found the location convenient. it was only a short walk to the haram (very important for prayer times). the room was clean, and i especially appreciated the digital key feature. checkout was also smooth, which saved a lot of time.

I appreciated the quick check-in. It was really smooth. The concierge service by Ibrahim KSA was especially cute. Bashaer surprised us with sweets and Arabic coffee. It was a kind gesture.
The hotel did not have basic first aid services available, I found that surprising. They did not even have a blood pressure monitor. When my daughter fainted, the staff informed me that no medical assistance or equipment was accessible.

the hotel location was close to the haram, and that was good. eiman from reception was really good i saw. she proceeded with early check-in without me even asking her for it. it cuts waiting times drastically.
the hotel is very dated i think. also, the hotel does not provide basic first aid services it appear. there was not even a blood pressure monitor available, what a pity. my daughter fainted here but the hotel have no medical assistances to offer. unbelievable!
